Barber was then promoted to Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2, 2022, and faced Jessica Eye. It was a unanimous victory for Barber. The fight was the last of Barber's contract with UFC. Barber resigned her contract in the following year. Barber was victorious in her latest fight with Andrea Lee, on March 25th of 2023. The bout took place in UFC Fight Night Vera and Sandhagen.
