Roxanne modafferi, in UFC 246's next bout finished Barber's UFC 3-fight win streak. Roxanne dominated Barber and secured the unanimous decision win. Maycee lost to AlexaGrasso by unanimous decision. Barber's next fight was with Miranda Maverick, at UFC on ESPN Sandhagen Dillashaw: Sandhagen took the win via split decision. Barber beat Montana De La Rosa by an unanimous decision during UFC Fight Night 205 held on April 23, 2022. Barber was then promoted to Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2, 2022, and took on Jessica Eye. She won the fight through an unanimous decision. It was also the last fight of Barber's contracts with UFC. She resigned at the end of that year. Barber has won her latest fight against Andrea Lee on 25th March 2023, at UFC Fight Night: Vera vs. Sandhagen in the split decision.
